Tico Gringo is chef John Abernathy from Proper Provisions' pop up restaurant with a Costa Rican touch. His signature dish is a take on the Bahn mi called the Bahn John with pan seared chicken with a smokey sausage grilled into the bread. John had me capture the creation of this top selling sandwich in this promo video below. We also collaborated on some social media posts and product photos.
